Foot pain on inside of right foot's arch.?
I have a sharp pain in my right foot on the inside arch about two inches from my ancle. I can't tell if it's the bone or muscle.
It's more noticable when standing and walking, otherwise I have to push on the muscle or bone to feel the discomfort that is sharp and brooze like.
It almost feels like my bone wants to crack. This has been going on for more then a month.
A foot brace does help relieve the pain.
I am a 23 year old white male. I have not noticed any swelling or discoloration.
Thats sucks, yeah I would consult with you doctor asap. In the meantime they say orthopedic shoes are a good tool for comforting the foot and relieving some of that foot pain. It might be worth looking into orthopedic shoes.
