I think my back arches too. Should I worry?
I have very arched back, or maybe I'm imaginating, but every time I lay on a hard, flat surface (the floor), back is never completely off the ground, as it is almost always completely flat ... and sometimes when I lay on my stomach, my back hurts. Also, sometimes when my bag is empty, there is a noticeable gap between my back and my backpack. Is this normal? Should I worry if it is not?
