When did you introduce your son to the potty chair?
My son is 18mo and I bought him a potty chair to sit on before a bath. He always urinates in the tub. I mainly bought just to show him what it is. He will sit on it and read books. When did you son get a potty seat?
Your on the right track..they say u r suposed to let them sit on the seat and let them get used to it so they get a feel of it and it gives them a little control and not the whole pressuring of the potty training thing. So thumbs up to u! I let my soon do this around the same age and it started using the potty all on his own and was completely pottied trained at 25 months( including through the nights). When he does get used to it he may want to actually have the potty chair that fits right on the toilet seat (mine did) which makes them feel like he a Big boy! Each child is different and will do it when they ready......and may have their own preference on which type of seat they will like.
