White screen on laptop?
My computer's screen randomly went completely white while i was using it, and I haven't been able to fix it. It's a Dell tablet, so i was wondering if maybe there was like a connection problem to the screen through the swivel connector. The model is Latitude XT, and any help is appreciated.
try connecting a monitor to the back of your laptop and see if there is an image. If there inst then its probably a video card problem.
if there is an image then either the swivel is broken or there is another screen problem.
either way your probably gonna have to get a new laptops.
this is why i dont buy them!
