Does anyone know the average salary for TSS who work in schools with children w/special needs?

The therapeutic support staff positions I am looking at require a Bachelor's degree.

I have worked for several agencies before my BS was obtained. All thatis required is 60 credits and 3 years FT experience with children. My rate was the same as Bachelor's level TSS. I have been paid 15.00 at one agency, offered 10.00 at another and disputed the rate, they ended up giving me 12.50. All in all the rates are not good. Good Luck!
