13 years old. wetting the bed.?
my little sister has a problem with wetting the bed. we share a room and she has done it every night for the past week. i feel bad for her. does anybody have a solution.
please no diapers or that sheet alarm ting. i don't want her feeling like a baby.

Not abnormal, but unusual, suggest she go to the bathroom prior to sleep to void even if she doesn't have to. Conditions her body to relieve itself prior to sleep. She's probably a sound sleeper that ignores the urge while asleep and allows herself to relax. She'll grow out of it eventually, meanwhile don't limit the amount of liquid, in fact if the volume were greater she may realize it sooner and get up to relieve herself. No one wants to get up out of sleep without a good reason, a full bladder is one.
